My name is Nancy Zarrella. I am a Certified Holistic Nutritionist, 200 hr Registered Yoga Teacher and Certified Personal Trainer & Healthcare Professional. I present with over 30 years of experience, knowledge and relationships within the healthcare market and fitness industry.
I am a passionate consumer of food and wine. I thrive in nature and enjoy daily physical exertion. I am driven to be the catalyst that inspires people to live a life with increased longevity and wellness.
I am inspired by decades of research supporting that the key to longevity and physical health, decreased systemic disease rates resonate from our daily lifestyle choices. This is not about supplements, fad diets or shakes. This is about real food, community and physical movement.
